The following rules apply to 2024 Prophet Picks Football Contest ("Prophet Picks" or "Contest").

Players will be allowed to enter the Contest until Sunday, October 6, 2024 11:45am CDT.

Prophet Picks is comprised of the following 17 weekly contests (“Weekly Contest”). 

⁽¹⁾Dates and times shown for each Weekly Contest are based on the published schedule by the NFL^® as of August 1, 2024 and are subject to change due to alterations to this schedule and/or other events.  Official dates and times for each Weekly Contest will be presented on the respective contest page on the ProphetShares website.

How Prophet Picks Works

·       In each Weekly Contest, each eligible player will be given Contest Dollars (C$) for making predictions in that Weekly Contest.  C$ are unique to each contest and cannot be redeemed except for as provided herein.

·       Players must make a prediction in at least five of the Weekly Contest markets to have a valid entry in each Weekly Contest.

·       After all Markets in the Weekly Contest have been resolved, the player with the most C$ in that Weekly Contest (“Weekly Winner”) will be awarded the weekly prize of a $100 Amazon gift card.  In the event of a tie, the Weekly Winner will be the tied player who made predictions in the most markets of that Weekly Contest.  If a tie still exists, the Weekly Winner will be the tied player who made the earliest prediction in that Weekly Contest. The Weekly Winner and other top performers will receive P$. See the contest details for payout information specific to each Weekly Contest.

·       At the completion of each Weekly Contest, ProphetShares will add each player’s C$ from that Weekly Contest (“Weekly Total”) to the respective player’s overall Contest balance (“Overall Total”).  All 17 Weekly Contests will apply for all players.  In the event a player does not participate in a Weekly Contest, their Weekly Total will be C$ 0 for that Weekly Contest.

·       Though there are 17 Weekly Contests, ProphetShares will discard each player’s two lowest Weekly Totals and only the top 15 Weekly Totals for each player will count towards their Overall Total.

·       Following the conclusion of Weekly Contest #17, ProphetShares will remove each player’s two lowest Weekly Totals from their Overall Total and then rank all players by their updated Overall Total in descending order.  The three players with the highest Overall Totals (“Overall Winners”) will be awarded cash prizes based on the following schedule:

o   1^st place (highest C$ balance):  $2,500

o   2^nd place (2^nd highest C$ balance):  $1,500

o   3^rd place (3^rd highest C$ balance):  $1,000

If there is a tie for one of the three overall prizes, the prize will be awarded to the tied player who had the single highest ending C$ balance from any of the Weekly Contests.  As needed, this process will repeat until the tie is broken using the second, then third, then fourth, etc. highest ending C$ balance.

·       In no case will the total payout of each weekly prize exceed $100 or the total payout of the overall prizes exceed $5,000.

 

·       ProphetShares reserves the right to require a copy of a player’s driver’s license prior to awarding the player their prize.

ProphetShares reserves the right to modify these rules at any time during the Contest.
